I thought that since it's warming up around here that I would brighten up my typical kimono and jeans outfit. I love the light and airy feel this kimono gives off and I was so happy to try out these white maternity jeans from Pink Blush Maternity, they are so comfortable and they don't really look like typical maternity jeans so I really love that about them. 

I haven't been very good at keeping you guys updated on my schooling that I've been going through like I said I would so a quick little update: I've been going to school to become a Master Esthetician for the last year and it has been such a great experience! I love that my school offers so much hands on experience and allows us to practice as much as they do. Well, I'm happy to say that on May 4th I am graduating! I will only need to complete my remaining hours working on the spa floor for the next little while but no more book work or tests! It's pretty exciting! Its been a very busy year for me with balancing working full time, school almost full time and the rest of life so I am very excited for what is to come!

It's going to be an exciting summer full of change for me and my family and I can't wait!

Happy Hump Day!!! The weekend is getting closer, which means my vacation is getting closer! I'm super excited to be going to Florida. I've never been there before, so I'm ready to experience all things Disney and go to the beach. What are your favorite things to do while in Orlando? And I need favorite places to eat too! 

Since it's going to be hot, I've been trying to add things to my summer wardrobe that will be easy to wear in the humid Florida sun. I love this top because it's nice and breathable, plus it has some detailing to it so it's not just a plan navy tee. Pink Blush has it maroon too. You can find it HERE.

I've always had this negative image in my mind of maternity clothes. For some reason they always seemed so frumpy and just not my style. Once I found out I was pregnant I was pretty set on forcing myself into wearing my normal clothes. I normally wear baggier shirts so that hasn't been too much of an issue but I quickly realized that regular skinny jeans are not the most comfortable on a growing belly. I gave in and began looking around for maternity shops and realized how wrong I was about them. There are some super cute boutiques out there that offer on trend maternity clothes and I was so excited that I wouldn't have to give up my own personal style to make myself comfortable (priorities, right?). One of my most favorite shops is Pink Blush Maternity, they have so so so much to offer and they are constantly adding new items and running really great sales! 

I recently tried out some of their maternity skinny jeans and I was so surprised at how much more comfortable I felt. They had the perfect amount of stretch all around. They also have so many cute maternity tops that are stretchy or have extra fabric to go over a growing belly and the nice thing is that they don't look like typical maternity tops. Most don't have the elastic sides or at least it doesn't stand out and I really like that about them. Not that elastic sides are bad, it's just my own personal preference. I love this maternity cardigan too, it has such pretty detail! It will go well with so many different outfits!

Good morning! I hope you guys had a great weekend. Mine was filled with running around to graduation parties and spending time with my family. I'm sad that my parents leave today, and I'm already saving up my money so I can go out to Oklahoma to visit them later this year. 

Riley and I are headed to Florida with his family this week. We will be spending quite a bit of time walking around, so I've been trying to find good clothing to wear. I really like this top that I'm wearing because it's so breathable! I know Florida is going to be hot and humid, so I want something that I'm not going to die wearing. Friday Favorites: Bijou Market

It's time again for one of my very favorite things! It's Bijou Market time! I look forward to this market and really it's become more of a priority in my life than staying home on one of my very limited Saturday's off and getting things done that really REALLY need done. The vendors always have the best handmade and vintage items on hand and its always so fun to see the new items that they've come up with! If you're in the Provo area today or tomorrow or if you're free to make the small drive down you won't be disappointed. It goes today the 24th from 10am-1pm is $5 at the door and from 1pm-8pm it's FREE to get in and tomorrow the 25th it runs from 10am-5pm and its FREE!

Happy Thursday! My parents flew in last night from Oklahoma for my brother's graduation, and I'm so excited to spend this whole weekend with them! It's hard living away from my parents, but it makes the time that I spend with them much more special. We make sure to pack in as much fun as we can, and eat at all of the best restaurants. My aunts are driving up from New Mexico today, so it's just going to be one big party! 

I love this outfit because I can wear it no matter what we are doing and feel comfortable. These pants are a dream! I use to not be into the harem pant trend, but now I own 5 pairs. I don't think I could ever get sick of the basic tee and kimono look. It is just so easy and comfy that, as most of you know, it's been on of my go-to outfits even before pregnancy. I don't know what it is about a flowy top, I'm just so drawn to it. I'm also loving jegging style jeans right now, the stretch is great! These specific jeans are not maternity but I did just get a couple new pairs that are and I will be featuring here in the next week or two! And lets just say, I was pleasantly surprised on the comfort level of them.

TGIF everybody! Sorry I've been so MIA lately. Life got a bit hectic, but I'm back and glad to be blogging again.
